On February 3, 2020, ServiceTree announced that they will no longer be offering the full-stack solution, and instead, replacing it with a plugin that seamlessly integrates with ConnectWise Manage and Autotask. This new plugin, ServiceTree Connect™, helps MSPs fully utilize its current PSA, and employees, to support growth. The change in the product comes to better serve the MSP community.
The two relative newcomers to a market filled with name-brand vendors are both refining their onboarding and support processes before going after a bigger share of burgeoning demand for MSP business management software.
Equipped with integrated PSA, RMM, CRM modules and more, the new system seeks to maximize efficiency by automatically opening, categorizing, prioritizing, and assigning tickets and then stepping technicians through standardized resolution procedures.
